Marc Lux, CPA, CGMA — Managing Partner
Marc serves as partner in charge of audit services. He specializes in audits of governmental and not-for-profit organizations. He has been in public accounting for 20 years, 17 of which have been with Przybysz & Associates, CPAs, P.C. He is a 1994 graduate of the University of Arkansas Fayetteville with a BSBA in Accounting and obtained his CPA license in 1997. Marc is a member of the AICPA and the Arkansas Society of CPAs. Marc is married and has two girls and enjoys camping, bike riding (motorcycle and the type with pedals) and projects around the house.
David Wyatt, CPA — Audit Manager
David is a licensed CPA in Arkansas. David graduated Cum Laude from Arkansas Tech University receiving two Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degrees with a major in accounting in 2001 and a major in economics and finance in 2003. David has been practicing accounting in both the private and public sectors since 2001. Prior to joining Przybysz & Associates, David's experience included for-profit and not-for-profit audits, retirement plan audits, compilations and reviews as well as income tax preparation. David enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristy and their children, traveling, and hiking.
David Eaton, CPA — Audit Manager
David graduated from Blackburn College in Carlinville, IL with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and Economics. David also attended Northern Illinois University and the College of DuPage. David transplanted from the greater Chicago area. He is married with four children. David enjoys fishing, cooking, reading, bowling, golfing and woodworking.
